THIS IS MARK INOCENTES. HE ASSISTED ME ON MY PRESENTATION AT SAN DIEGO STATE UNIVERSITY. I was looking forward to this workshop all month and I'm glad Ab Samahan gave me the oppurtunity to speak. I had roughly 130 high school students sign up for the workshop.

In the speaker's lounge we met the KAMP Organization. Was great to hear their story and the events they're making happen.

I met Charles Anderson here from the ASU African Student Union. Charles coordinates an annual fashion show every Spring.

Caught up with friend and designer John Joseph Nacu. John teaches Graphic design at Westview High School. He also ran a workshop at the conference regarding Graphic Design.

When I was 16 I read an article about business mogul Russel Simmons that changed my life. He started Def Jam Records in his dorm in college, went on to create Phat Farm Clothing and produce television media for HBO. The article woke me up to possibility with a dream and hard work. Now I think you can start a lot younger. Enjoy.

Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch (Oct. 23, 1960 - July 25, 2008) gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007, before a packed McConomy Auditorium. This is one of the most moving speeches I've ever seen. If you're ever feeling down you should watch this.
